About Sell Knowledge Base to AI

The people behind this site read the terms of documentation tools, buyers' pages and copyright statutes through their own document reader, store a copy of what they quote, and write every reply to an enquiry themselves.

Why it is here

A knowledge base looks like a company's own words, but parts of it may belong to contractors, sit under a tool's licence or be worth more as a secret than as a sale. This site lays the tools' terms, the buyers' own pages and the ownership law side by side.

Meant for

Founders, heads of documentation, support and enablement leads, and the administrators of closing companies, holding years of help-centre articles, wikis, manuals or developer docs.

Inside this site

This site answers one question, "sell knowledge base to ai", with a quote form you can use straight away, no account. It adds 5 guides on the questions people ask next. It also publishes a data table to cite (figures and method here) alongside the sources it draws on.

What it will not do

  • We do not score or recommend docs tools; every row quotes the vendor's own clause.
  • We will not ask you to upload pages, exports or attachments through the form.
  • We never send an enquiry to a tool that appears on the board.

Who stands behind it

Joseph Ellul-Turner, Director.

Nothing on this site is paid for by a docs tool or a buyer, none of them were told their pages were being read, and no link here earns a commission. Each answer is our reading of a published document and is no substitute for advice on your own contract. How we earn: where a company licenses its knowledge base to a buyer we introduced, we charge 12.5% of the deal, subject to a minimum, as its exclusive agent, or 10%, again with a minimum, where the pages join a bundle or the pool, set in writing beforehand; a fee a buyer pays us goes back to the company as a credit.
